About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience practicing criminal or DUI law
  • Active Ohio Bar license in good standing
  • Demonstrable experience practicing law in Ohio
  • Courtroom experience, including hearings and bench trials
  • Proven trial experience and ability to independently manage and conduct trials from start to finish
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Proficiency in paperless workflows and iPad-based legal technology systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Demonstrated personal accountability and professional responsibility
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Additional civil litigation experience is a plus
