About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with The Very Group, supplier brands and internal stakeholders
  • Manage retail media campaigns across your portfolio, ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and against agreed objectives
  • Help create insight-led media plans and creative proposals for brand-led campaigns
  • Develop a strong understanding of VMG’s proposition and communicate the value of its solutions confidently to clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams to optimise activity where needed
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client partnerships
  • Produce clear post-campaign reporting and turn performance insights into actionable recommendations
  • Work collaboratively across strategy, creative, media and analytics
  • Bring ideas that improve ways of working and support wider business initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in marketing, ideally within retail media, FMCG or an agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing or retail media campaigns from briefing through to completion
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working with campaign data, budgets and reporting
  • Excel proficiency is desirable
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a commitment to exceptional client service
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach for different stakeholders
  • A positive, proactive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop
  • A solution-focused mindset and enthusiasm for challenging convention and embracing new ideas
