About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise managers and Business Unit Directors throughout the employee lifecycle, including career development, compensation, and training
  • Lead HR committees and support career management, talent reviews, promotions, and internal mobility initiatives
  • Welcome new employees and support maternity leave returns, internal moves, and promotions
  • Handle and monitor disciplinary procedures, mutual termination agreements, incapacity cases, and dismissals
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and labor standards
  • Prepare for and attend meetings of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT), and annual mandatory negotiations (NAO)
  • Prepare agendas, meeting invitations, presentation materials, and review meeting minutes
  • Prepare consultation and expert assessment files in support of the Senior HR Business Partner
  • Manage personnel administration in the HRIS, including employee files, contracts, amendments, pre-employment declarations (DPAE), probationary periods, occupational health appointments, health insurance enrollment, and residence permits
  • Prepare, enter, and monitor payroll variables and absences with the payroll team
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and propose automation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Human Resources or Employment Law
  • Four years of experience in generalist HR, ideally in an IT services company, consulting, or multi-site environment
  • Strong legal knowledge and proven command of HR administrative processes
  • Ability to provide managers with pragmatic advice, including on sensitive matters
  • Methodical organizational skills and strict compliance with statutory deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using an HRIS
  • Experience with generative AI tools is a strong advantage
  • Autonomous, with the ability to become operational quickly
  • Ability to work in a changing environment and take initiative
