About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate territory plans of action to attain territory sales goals
  • Call on acute care facilities to promote Pico, Renasys, and other products
  • Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+Nephew products
  • Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups
  • Conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders
  • Develop business through territory management, sales skills, and customer relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B or medical sales experience, preferably within the OR setting
  • Ability to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings
  • Strong analytical skills including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management
  • Proven success with complex sales process
  • Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account
  • Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling)
  • Successful completion of the credentialing process, often including COVID-19 vaccine management, for field sales professionals entering healthcare facilities
