About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Pick and pack Finished Goods
  • Maintain inventory accuracy
  • Source cases and overcommunicate to sales representatives
  • Manage inventory levels and product quality across the sales district
  • Perform product recall activities and coordinate compliance with Quality and Regulatory
  • Maintain valid consignment agreements and custody cards
  • Perform field cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Reconcile physical inventory variances and make required adjustments
  • Conduct field location and account visits to verify consigned instruments and implants
  • Perform semi-annual IAP validations
  • Analyze inventory asset and instrument/implant utilization to improve efficiency and sales performance
  • Partner with sales management, sales force, and logistics management to support sales
  • Produce periodic, quarterly, and annual product and P&L-related reporting
  • Process order entry for scheduled surgery cases
  • Review MOVE system activity and kit utilization
  • Provide on-call support as required
  • Perform warehousing functions and freight/courier activity reviews
  • Train and direct other personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in a related field (i.e. Operations, Logistics, Business Analyst, Business Consultant)
  • Lift 75 lbs.
  • Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling commonly occurring for long periods of time
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean record
  • Available for occasional on-call shift
  • Ability to work within a team and take charge when needed
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Learn software systems such as Move Medical and SAP used daily
