About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop knowledge in each rotational area and achieve the objectives described in each rotation’s application
  • Complete rotations through various supply chain fields over a 2 year period
  • Work with peers in the functional area that is the focus of the current rotation
  • Support global supply chain processes and improvement objectives in the Global Supply Chain strategy
  • Work with teams across divisions, functions, cultures and reporting levels
  • Perform process improvement projects and continuous improvement activities
  • Participate in professional development opportunities during rotation assignments
  • Create presentations, perform analytics, and complete other tasks for senior leadership
  • Present a Capstone presentation at the conclusion of each rotation to senior leaders across Supply Chain and Procurement
  • Receive guidance from functional managers, peer mentors, development mentors and executive mentors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering or related major
  • Must be in excellent academic standing, with a 3.3 GPA preferred
  • Previous applicable internship, co-op, part-time or apprenticeship experience is a plus
  • High learning agility
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Well developed prioritization skills
  • Independent thinker and team player
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Some knowledge of medical devices and manufacturing standards and processes is a plus
