About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support recruitment and selection activities from job briefing through onboarding
- Support strategic projects and training initiatives within the department
- Work in the People & Culture department, focusing on Recruitment and Selection
- Assist with all stages of sourcing and selecting professionals
- Assist in mapping candidate profiles through the Recruitment and Selection Platform
- Assist with collecting and analyzing data to initially assess candidates’ fit for open positions
- Participate in strategic departmental projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, from the third semester onward
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Availability to work as an intern in the mornings
- Intermediate English is a plus
