About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of SAP ABAP development and overall SAP experience for mid-level
  • Experience with S/4HANA
  • Hands-on experience integrating backend SAP and non-SAP applications
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development and HANA CDS Views
  • Implementation experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • Proficiency with web services, proxies, and APIs
  • Experience with ABAP Reports, RFCs, Forms, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOP), BAPIs, Enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, BDC, LSMW, IDocs, ALE, and Workflows
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
  • Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to self-learn new UI technologies with minimal direction and supervision
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Successful completion of a background check prior to onboarding
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance
  • Desired: Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)
  • Desired: Certifications in Application Development, SAP BTP, or Agile methodologies
