About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the expansion of the Affiliate Program, including affiliate prospecting, activation, and reactivation
- Support engagement initiatives, incentives, and activations
- Manage daily relationships with creators and affiliates, with a focus on performance
- Ensure the accurate execution of campaigns, offers, and tracking
- Monitor published content and campaign results
- Work closely with internal content, data, and store management teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance channels
- Experience with affiliate programs on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Mercado Livre, or Amazon
- Experience executing campaigns and managing operational routines
- Strong communication skills for interacting with partners and internal teams
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile
- Experience with digital brands, startups, or e-commerce is a plus
- Interest in technology and innovation is a plus
- Knowledge of tech content creators is a plus
- Availability for meetings and events in São Paulo city
