About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with vertical groups and leaders as a strategic advisor
  • Provide revenue reporting and insights and improve the Americas LCS business through data-driven methods
  • Identify internal business insights and leverage external market intelligence
  • Establish and embed critical metrics to guide team behavior and evaluate progress
  • Create strategies and commercial tactics to grow revenue, active customers, product adoption, and sales productivity
  • Define actionable execution plans and align stakeholders for successful implementation
  • Support weekly revenue forecasting and reporting with Sales leaders
  • Use sales pipeline data and direct sales input to develop review materials and ad hoc analyses
  • Drive critical projects and strategic initiatives supporting revenue growth
  • Systematize sales-process best practices and improve workflows using AI tools
  • Identify Sales team education and tooling needs and collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional partners
  • Identify market opportunities and gaps to prioritize customer segments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years experience involving analytical rigor and program management/operational skills, typically seen in Management Consulting, Sales/Business Operations, Finance or similar functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • Problem solving and analysis, including AI and spreadsheet analytical skills
  • Experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects, and driving strategic and operational initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives, define milestones or KPIs, and drive results with ownership and adaptability
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, including developing and presenting business and technical content
  • Experience partnering with a Sales Organization and Sales Leadership
  • Exposure to or interest in the media and advertising market
  • Analytical rigor and program management / operational skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and data visualization platforms such as CRM Analytics, Looker/Google Data Studio, and Tableau
