About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end coordination and execution of ASCEND, Snap’s global in-person Sales Onboarding experience
- Build and manage integrated program plans covering curriculum, facilitators, speakers, participants, communications, logistics, technology, and learning materials
- Coordinate Sales L&D and cross-functional partners, driving ownership, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Translate business priorities and subject-matter expertise into relevant learning experiences
- Manage speaker and facilitator readiness, including deadlines, preparation, rehearsals, materials, and day-of execution
- Coordinate event, workplace, travel, and regional partners for in-person experiences across global locations
- Maintain the ASCEND program calendar and operating rhythm
- Facilitate and support global new-hire onboarding focused on Snap’s advertising business, products, tools, customers, and ways of working
- Create and improve engaging learning experiences and maintain facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, communications, and other materials
- Own measurement of participant readiness, engagement, learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and stakeholder feedback
- Analyze cohort data to identify trends and recommend curriculum, delivery, and participant-experience improvements
- Maintain program dashboards and report outcomes, risks, upcoming cohorts, and leadership attention areas
- Build processes, documentation, templates, timelines, and playbooks to make ASCEND repeatable and scalable globally
- Manage multiple cohorts, stakeholders, and workstreams while driving accountability and removing barriers
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve program operations
- Document program knowledge, decisions, materials, and operating processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Program Management, Sales Operations, Sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience owning or managing complex, high-visibility programs from planning through execution and measurement
- Experience working in highly cross-functional environments and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience developing and/or delivering learning experiences in a professional environment
- Strong project management experience with the ability to reprioritize quickly and deliver against firm deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant professional experience
- Exceptional program and project management skills
- Strong operational instincts and attention to detail
- Ability to drive accountability and results across cross-functional partners without direct authority
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, written communication, content-editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate unfamiliar or technical information into clear learning experiences and resources
- Experience using data, participant feedback, and business outcomes to evaluate and improve programs
- Understanding of sales organizations and seller effectiveness
- Comfortable operating in a global organization and adapting programs across regions
- Preferred: experience supporting sales onboarding or enablement; managing global, cohort-based, or in-person learning programs; working in digital advertising, media, technology, or fast-moving commercial environments; administering LMS or sales enablement platforms; building measurement approaches; using data for scalable recommendations; working in regional or global matrixed organizations
