About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Negotiate complex supplements and repair logic with body shops by phone
Manage a high-volume desk while maintaining quality and meeting 10–16 claims per day
Use CCC One and other estimating platforms to write accurate estimates based on photos
Support repair decisions with data and logic to return vehicles to preloss condition
Ensure repair plans are consistent with reported facts of loss
Identify discrepancies and elevate questionable damages to leadership or carriers
Maintain real-time documentation of internal and external customer interactions
Adapt to diverse carrier workflows
Represent Snapsheet and carrier partners professionally while resolving technical challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of experience writing auto property claims
3–6 years of auto physical damage claims handling experience preferred
Deep understanding of DRP (Direct Repair Program) workflows
Extensive working experience in CCC One required
Proven history of handling 10–16 desk reviews per day or high-volume CAT deployments
Carrier/IA field experience managing 6–10 field estimates per day, or shop experience with $100k+ in monthly individual sales
Experience in high-competition, high-volume metro markets preferred
Ability to negotiate complex supplements and repair logic with body shops
Ability to write fair and accurate estimates based on photos
Valid state insurance appraisal license before start date, or successful completion of Snapsheet-paid online licensing class and final exam before offer-letter start date
May be required to complete a CCC technical proficiency assessment
Comfortable with technology-heavy workflows, including proprietary tools, CCC One, and Google Suite
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must reside in the U.S.; role is not eligible for hire in CA, CO, NY, WA, KY, MT, WY, OR, IL, HI, UT, or AK
