About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain, and audit coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems
  • Run clash detection, lead coordination reviews with internal teams and consultants, and track issues through resolution
  • Establish and maintain project templates, naming standards, model-health practices, and BIM execution plan requirements
  • Manage model federation, file exchanges, permissions, and common data environment workflows
  • Create families, views, schedules, and model-based deliverables that support design documentation and construction
  • Support teams using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related coordination tools
  • Perform quality-control checks for geometry, metadata, coordinates, and deliverable readiness
  • Train project users and help improve repeatable digital-delivery workflows across the studio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of BIM production or coordination experience in an architecture, design, or construction environment
  • Advanced Revit and Navisworks skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred
  • Understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination
  • Experience with model federation, clash workflows, shared coordinates, and BIM execution plans
  • Dynamo, scripting, reality-capture, or model-automation experience is a plus
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to support users with different levels of BIM experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and already possess long-term work authorization
