About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and execute paid digital media campaigns across paid social, paid search, display/programmatic, video, and other performance-media placements
  • Build media plans covering channel mix, audience strategy, budget allocation, flighting, benchmarks, measurement, and optimization cadence
  • Own campaign setup and trafficking, including targeting, bids, budgets, placements, creative rotation, tracking parameters, conversion events, and pre-launch quality checks
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance and optimize toward reach, impressions, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and client-specific KPIs
  • Run structured tests across audiences, creative, placements, bidding approaches, landing experiences, and channel mix
  • Maintain budgets and forecasts, identify pacing issues, and recommend reallocations
  • Partner with Analytics and client-facing teams on accurate, actionable reporting tied to campaign objectives
  • Coordinate asset needs, platform specifications, deadlines, and performance insights with other teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of hands-on digital media buying or performance marketing experience
  • Experience in an agency, marketing-technology, promotions, loyalty, retail-media, or consumer-brand environment preferred
  • Experience managing meaningful paid-media budgets and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or programmatic DSPs
  • Understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, frequency, reach, and ROAS
  • Knowledge of pixels, conversion events, UTMs, attribution windows, tag management, privacy changes, and platform measurement limitations
  • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data, spot anomalies, and communicate recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with promotions, loyalty, shopper marketing, retail media, or CPG campaigns is a strong plus
  • Comfort working with distributed teams and clients across time zones
