Key responsibilities & impact

Create and systematically structure advertising campaigns on marketplaces such as Amazon, Zalando, OTTO, and About You
Monitor campaigns daily and adjust budgets
Optimize bids based on data while balancing reach and profitability
Research relevant search terms and develop high-performing campaigns based on them
Create and maintain reports
Derive clear insights from reports and share them with the team
Manage and scale advertising campaigns for the SNOCKS Group

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, or a comparable field
Initial exposure to marketplace advertising is a plus, but not required
A degree or vocational training in e-commerce, marketing, or a comparable qualification is advantageous, but not required
Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
Confident handling of large datasets
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Openness to using AI
Motivation to contribute your own ideas
Team-oriented approach and willingness to share knowledge and seek feedback
Solution-oriented working style
Resilience and the ability to keep track of priorities
Very good German skills
Good English skills
