About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently analyze and record customer and partner requirements
- Prepare, plan, manage, and follow up on customer and partner workshops
- Manage internal and external expert project teams for solution finding, specification, realization, implementation, and follow-up of customer projects
- Support PM standards, industry-specific KPIs, and best practices
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Support training measures for SNP employees
- Provide overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of assigned projects
- Ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals
- Collaborate with business owners to capture business requirements
- Drive quality, testing, and delivery methodology processes for successful transition and client satisfaction
- Effectively train clients and junior-level consultants
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous consulting experience with Tier I consulting firm is a plus
- ERP (SAP, Oracle) application project experience is a plus
- Extensive experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live
- Ability to work with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask and enhance a team environment
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to communicate and work as a team player
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to effectively train clients and junior-level consultants
- Experience collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements
- Experience driving quality, testing, and delivery methodology processes
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- SAP SLO and/or SAP Transformation experience is a plus
- 10+ years in SAP project work in roles ranging from consultant to project manager
- 5+ years as a project manager
- Must live in Puerto Rico
