About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop Sobi’s presence and recognition as a credible partner within the rare disease community
  • Develop relationships with physicians, authorities, patient access colleagues, DACH staff and HQ staff
  • Propose and implement market access strategies and tactics for launched and marketed Sobi products in the DACH region
  • Identify pricing and positioning opportunities and threats for Haemophilia, Haematology and Immunology products
  • Develop pricing and reimbursement offers and assess their economic impact
  • Monitor the competitive environment and develop pricing and contracting strategies
  • Execute and negotiate pricing and contracting strategies with sick funds and physician associations
  • Produce and analyse contract- and payer-specific reports
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and engage national and regional pricing and reimbursement authorities and stakeholders
  • Track legislative and sick fund-related changes affecting Sobi’s business
  • Develop and drive local real-world evidence and HEOR strategy and publication plans
  • Drive materials, fact sheets, cost calculators and other selling tools with Marketing and Patient Access
  • Support the AMNOG process for pre-launch products, including reimbursement strategies, dossiers and benefit assessment
  • Propose, coordinate and lead AMNOG negotiations with GKV-SV

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Economics, Public Health, or a related field
  • Academic experience in market access, health economics, pricing & reimbursement, or healthcare policy is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to work in an office-based position
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for internal and external meetings, trainings and conferences
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, market access, health economics, healthcare policy, and applicable regulations
