Key responsibilities & impact

Develop strong, growing digital communities for well-known brands as work becomes available
Interact with users in real time
Answer questions and appropriately engage in discussions
Troubleshoot user issues
Follow client brand voice and moderation guidelines
Work on project-based, temporary, or part-time moderation assignments
Support social media agency clients, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native-level understanding of Hindi language
Deep understanding of Hindi pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
Ability to understand the client's brand voice and accurately engage with users
Previous social media moderation experience is required
Live stream moderation experience is a plus
Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to follow clear guidelines and workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent spelling and grammar skills; skills and/or language test may be given to final candidates
Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach
High energy and ability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
Knowledge of major social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 13
Personal internet speed of at least 150 Mbps
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to use a personal computer for work purposes
