About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop strong, growing digital communities for well-known brands as work becomes available
- Interact with users in real time
- Answer questions and appropriately engage in discussions
- Troubleshoot user issues
- Mirror the voice and tone of multiple brands
- Moderate social media communities for client projects
- Work on project-based, temporary, or part-time assignments
- Support social media moderation work that may operate 24/7
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native-level understanding of Portuguese
- Deep understanding of Portuguese pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
- Ability to understand a client's brand voice and accurately engage with users
- Previous social media moderation experience required
- Live stream moderation experience is a plus
- Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to follow clear guidelines and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills; skills and/or language test may be given to final candidates
- Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach
- High energy and ability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
- Knowledge of and experience with major social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Personal computer capable of running Windows 10 and macOS 12.X; application technology requirements additionally state Windows 10 and macOS 13
- Personal internet speed of at least 150 Mbps
- Ability to work in the United States; applicants are asked about U.S. work authorization and visa sponsorship
- Fluency in Portuguese required; English is also required for the role
