Key responsibilities & impact

Manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns from the ground up on a daily basis
Segment ICPs and develop Custom, Lookalike, and Matched Audiences
Calculate and manage budgets, frontloading, and bidding strategies
Conduct weekly ad account reviews with the team
Write headlines and body copy in German and English
Systematically A/B test copy, creatives, and CTAs
Build KPI dashboards and take ownership of conversion tracking, UTM structures, and lead attribution
Coordinate setup, QA, and launches
Document learnings after every test and ensure scalable campaign structures
Manage your own client portfolio and act as a sparring partner for B2B clients
Work in a squad with a Senior Consultant and take responsibility for the strategic execution of campaigns

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on paid advertising on LinkedIn or Meta
Hands-on experience launching campaigns, not just reviewing reports
Understanding of CPL, CTR, ROAS, and CPA, as well as the levers used to optimize them
Structured, data-driven approach to work
Willingness to critically evaluate assumptions
Deep interest in the LinkedIn and Meta platforms
Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, or automations using Zapier
Ability to write headlines and body copy in German and English
