Support business leads in managing cross-functional projects aligned with the bank’s strategy
Establish project governance and monitor progress in terms of quality, cost, and timelines
Ensure objectives are met and risks are effectively managed with the project lead and sponsor
Identify solutions to support analysis and provide advisory guidance
Facilitate communication among the various contributors
Participate in project steering meetings and chair them when necessary
Provide reporting and communication to the relevant governance bodies
Support change management in collaboration with the project lead and contributors
Ensure adherence to project methodology and help promote a project management culture within the bank

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education degree (business school, engineering school, or university)
Knowledge of the banking sector and/or experience managing projects would be a valuable asset
You are effective in complex organizational, IT, and regulatory environments
You are able to encourage and facilitate dialogue through strong communication skills, an understanding of others, and persuasive abilities
You have a strong results-oriented and innovative mindset, along with the ability to adapt to change
You are recognized for your ability to make proactive recommendations
A cooperative, team-oriented mindset is essential
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Clear and accurate written communication skills
