About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end platform implementation and ensure timely, successful deployments
- Collaborate with clients to define solution architecture and configure platform components
- Tailor implementations to specific business needs
- Develop scalable, high-impact implementation best practices
- Configure AI-powered decisioning engines, ML model outputs, and automated workflows
- Guide clients in integrating AI-powered signals into existing technology stacks
- Translate client business goals into optimized platform configurations
- Design and implement automated decisioning flows, rules engines, thresholds, and AI-assisted workflows
- Identify and implement repeatable processes for faster, more consistent deployments
- Diagnose and resolve deployment issues involving data pipelines, API performance, and AI model responses
- Support clients through complex integration scenarios and escalate issues when needed
- Partner with Support and Customer Success for a seamless client experience
- Deliver training on Socure’s platform and AI functionality
- Contribute to enablement resources, playbooks, and documentation
- Translate deployment learnings into actionable Product and Engineering insights
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Data Science, and Product Solution Consulting teams to improve client ROI and workflow performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of public sector identity or fraud-related experience in technical implementation, solution consulting, or support engineering
- Experience preferably in SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or data-driven technology
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automated decisioning systems, or data analytics
- Working knowledge of APIs, data integration patterns, and web-based platforms
- Ability to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple client workstreams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, analytical, or related field
- Hands-on experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, risk modeling, or compliance platforms is nice to have
- Exposure to ML model outputs, feature engineering concepts, or data pipeline tooling such as SQL, BI tools, or data warehouses is nice to have
- Experience in enterprise client environments with complex technical stacks is nice to have
