About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end execution of Socure’s performance operating system, including goal-setting, check-ins, feedback, recognition, and performance reviews
  • Design performance cycles, calendars, configurations, communications, training, and post-cycle retrospectives
  • Administer and optimize performance platforms such as 15Five and Workday
  • Track platform adoption and enable managers and employees
  • Design and run recognition programs and measure their impact on engagement and retention
  • Build and facilitate calibration processes for performance ratings
  • Partner with People Partners on manager enablement and bias mitigation
  • Partner with Total Rewards to connect performance outcomes to compensation decisions
  • Use People Analytics, dashboards, platform insights, and generative AI to synthesize data, generate reports, and identify trends
  • Build and maintain playbooks, templates, manager guides, and communications
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring workflows
  • Partner with HRBPs, HR Tech, Total Rewards, and business leaders to drive adoption and localization
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for performance program questions and escalations
  • Monitor market practices and incorporate benchmarks and emerging approaches into program design

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6–8+ years of relevant experience in program management, performance management, HR/People programs, or a similar role
  • Experience owning an end-to-end performance or talent program
  • Working knowledge of talent planning concepts, including 9-box/talent mapping, calibration, succession, and capability/skills-gap assessment
  • Proficiency in people analytics and data storytelling
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting views for leaders
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Experience configuring or optimizing performance/feedback platforms such as 15Five, Lattice, or Workday is a plus
  • Experience using AI or automation tools, or strong aptitude to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority
  • High attention to detail and ownership
  • Comfort operating with a mix of structure and ambiguity
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is located
  • Socure is unable to hire employees residing in Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, or Wyoming
