About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with external stakeholders, customers, and partners to identify business needs, define requirements, and develop innovative solutions
Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and system design documentation
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
Develop BRDs, workflows, process maps, sequence diagrams, and other project artifacts
Create low-fidelity prototypes and validate end-to-end business processes and user experiences
Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing strategies, prepare test data, and support UAT
Analyze and troubleshoot business and system-related issues
Lead multiple projects and initiatives while managing priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of key milestones
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives through strategic analysis and solution design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology-driven environments
Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
Experience working through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cross-platform integrations and enterprise system environments
Experience with SAP technologies and enterprise implementations
Familiarity with ASAP methodology and Design Thinking principles
Experience supporting full lifecycle software or ERP implementations
Exposure to process improvement, business transformation, or digital modernization initiatives
