About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Record, track, and monitor incidents and nonconformities related to raw materials and suppliers
- Conduct technical investigations into deviations and nonconformities, identifying root causes, evaluating evidence, and monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions with suppliers
- Work with suppliers on the technical analysis of incidents and validation of action plans
- Participate in and lead technical meetings with suppliers and internal teams for alignment, follow-up, and decision-making
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and opinions resulting from investigations and action plans for Sodexo clients, when necessary
- Consolidate and monitor Food Safety and Supplier Quality indicators
- Support Food Safety projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvement and risk mitigation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
- Experience in Quality, Food Safety, or Supplier Quality within the food industry
- Experience investigating nonconformities and conducting root cause analysis is preferred
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic English proficiency is a plus
