About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Lead solution architecture and platform design using proven best practices
- Gather and refine business and technical requirements with customer stakeholders
- Advise customers on future-proofing their ServiceNow platform and supporting evolving business needs
- Work with project managers, developers, consultants, and customer teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Apply Agile methodologies, prototyping, and modern delivery approaches
- Demonstrate value early and continuously improve solutions
- Contribute to business development, knowledge sharing, and strengthening Sofigate's ServiceNow offering
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three years of experience working with ServiceNow or enterprise platform architecture
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, or a strong technical background combined with the ambition to become a leading ServiceNow Architect
- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions that create measurable business value
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and modern ways of delivering digital transformation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate across all organizational levels
- Passion for Business Technology and helping customers succeed through innovative platform solutions
- Interest in contributing to business development, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing
- Fluency in both Swedish and English required
- Legally permitted to live and work in Sweden
- Application and CV must be submitted in English
