About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the definition of the technical architecture, conceptual design, and quality governance for ServiceNow Cloud
Provide consulting and conduct functional discovery to reconstruct the contracting, budget validation, and payment processes
Design bidirectional integrations between ServiceNow and the Oracle ERP financial module using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP web services
Coordinate technical specifications with the Development Factory responsible for coding and configuration
Define the user experience strategy using Next Experience and Workspaces
Ensure layer architecture best practices across SaaS and PaaS models within the Now Platform
Modernize the contracting and payment lifecycle by eliminating manual processes and transforming the digital infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or completed engineering degree in Computer Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics and demonstrable IT experience may also apply
At least 5 years (60 months) of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform
Experience in architecture and integration flow design
Experience designing and implementing at least one project integrated with an ERP system or another enterprise core system
Knowledge of ServiceNow Cloud, the Now Platform, SaaS/PaaS models, and layered architecture
Knowledge of App Engine, Platform Analytics, and Next Experience / Workspaces
Experience with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP web services connecting to Oracle ERP
Required and current certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Current CIS certification in at least one specialization: Application Development (CIS-AD), IntegrationHub (CIS-IntegrationHub), or Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
Preferred: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
