About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide and optimize administrative and organizational support for the Regional Managers of Operations and Sales, as well as the entire regional sales team
  • Act as the central point of contact and liaison between the sales region and central functions
  • Prepare reports on sales initiatives, customer agreements, and revenue declarations, and monitor compliance with target agreements
  • Maintain and update customer data in the system, ensuring a high level of data quality
  • Coordinate and schedule cross-functional appointments for the sales team
  • Organize internal training sessions, meetings, and customer events, ensuring their smooth execution
  • Prepare regular analyses and reports on sales KPIs, initiatives, and customer agreements
  • Work closely with regional sales and central departments and contribute to customer satisfaction
  • Handle general administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in an assistant role, ideally in a sales environment
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes
  • Experience maintaining and managing master data
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented manner
  • Self-directed, committed approach to work and a high level of motivation
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, careful approach to work
  • Ability to maintain an overview and set priorities confidently when handling multiple tasks in parallel
