About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee technology development solutions through new and existing applications, systems architecture, applications, data infrastructure/warehouses, and machine learning algorithms and infrastructure
Maintain and support applications
Review system requirements and business processes; code, test, debug, and implement software solutions
Provide recommendations regarding short- and long-term information systems and technology strategy
Interface with business, information systems, and technology managers on planning and implementation
Serve as senior delivery and transformation leader for enterprise AI
Partner with the department head to shape AI strategy and roadmap
Lead the AI Transformation Team
Direct AI Delivery Pods across technical project management, data engineering, solution integration engineering, data science, and domain representation
Own the enterprise AI delivery roadmap and AI backlog across business partners
Maintain visibility into the AI delivery pipeline and stakeholder progress, sequencing, and timelines
Track transformation outcomes and report business value, adoption, and change readiness to the AI Steering Committee and ELT
Retain operational ownership of deployed AI solutions through performance monitoring, model governance, and continuous improvement
Build, lead, and scale the AI Transformation organization
Improve AI literacy and fluency across D2E2 and partner functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience overseeing technology development solutions across applications, systems architecture, data infrastructure/warehouses, and machine learning algorithms and infrastructure
Experience with application maintenance and support
Experience reviewing system requirements and business processes
Experience coding, testing, debugging, and implementing software solutions
Ability to provide information systems and technology strategy recommendations, including cost and benefit analysis
Experience leading AI delivery from concept through pilot, scale, and steady-state operations
Experience applying product-led delivery models with release cadences, MLOps standards, and post-launch support
Experience moving AI solutions from proof of value to enterprise-scale production
Experience directing AI strategists, change experience managers, digital owners, and business architects
Experience operating AI delivery governance, including stage-gates, prioritization scoring, funding requests, and outcome tracking
Experience reporting KPIs for adoption, productivity uplift, revenue impact, and cost-to-serve reduction
Experience owning model lifecycle governance, including validation, monitoring, retraining, and decommissioning
Experience building AI transformation organizations with strategists, architects, engineers, and change leaders
Experience recruiting senior technical leaders and applied AI engineers
Experience leading AI literacy and fluency enablement programs
