About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports high-volume, transactional relocation and immigration cases from initiation through completion
  • Provides timely guidance to employees and stakeholders on mobility policies, processes, timelines, and required actions
  • Builds working relationships with relocation and immigration vendors to support timely case progression and issue resolution
  • Monitors and manages Global Mobility ServiceNow cases and shared mailbox inquiries
  • Maintains accurate case documentation, monitors follow-ups, and escalates complex or compliance-sensitive matters
  • Coordinates domestic and international relocation requests with employees, HR stakeholders, and external relocation vendors
  • Reviews relocation requests for policy eligibility and required approvals
  • Tracks relocation milestones, documentation, repayment agreements, vendor updates, and internal reporting requirements; ensures Workday is updated
  • Produces monthly reporting on relocation and immigration expenses for HR and Finance partners
  • Coordinates immigration cases with employees, HR stakeholders, external immigration counsel, and vendors
  • Supports visa extensions, amendments, work authorization renewals, new hire sponsorship, and employment-based green card processes
  • Tracks and audits visa expirations, initiates work authorization reverification cases, and coordinates document collection and review
  • Supports required job postings and records
  • Maintains employee immigration files and records for audit readiness and compliance
  • Supports immigration, relocation, audit, and compliance activities by maintaining records and gathering documentation
  • Maintains data across ServiceNow, Workday, vendor platforms, and reporting tools
  • Monitors compliance deadlines and escalation requirements
  • Maintains immigration, relocation, visa expiration, case activity, and repayment reports
  • Supports data audits and assists with reporting requests from HR, leadership, and business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, or a related field
  • Experience managing employee inquiries and providing excellent customer-focused support
  • Strong administrative and detail-oriented organizational skills
  • Experience working with confidential employee information and maintaining strict confidence
  • Exposure to U.S. immigration processes and employment-based visa programs
  • Experience working with relocation or immigration vendors
  • Familiarity with case management systems and HR technologies such as ServiceNow and Workday
  • Experience supporting employee mobility or international assignment programs
  • Basic understanding of relocation programs and mobility policies
  • Foundational understanding of U.S. immigration processes, work authorization requirements, and documentation needed for filings
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong reporting and data management capabilities
