Team en organisatie meenemen in verdere digitalisering van BI- en FP&A-structuren
Brugfunctie vervullen tussen de landenorganisaties en Group in Frankrijk
Group guidelines vertalen met internationale politieke sensitiviteit
Business cases en ROI-analyses opstellen voor netwerk- en integratieprojecten

Requirements

What you’ll need

Afgeronde WO Master (Finance/Economics)
5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in FP&A, business control of financieel leiderschap
Ervaring in een internationale multilanden-organisatie binnen distributie, retail of een complexe supply chain-omgeving (high-SKU)
Internationale politieke accuraatheid
Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels als werktaal
Ervaring in communicatie met een internationaal hoofdkantoor
Ervaring met het doorontwikkelen van BI- en reportingstructuren
Ervaring met het meenemen van teams in digitale transities
Zelfstandig, proactief, direct, nuchter en empathisch
Bereidheid/vermogen om een hecht team op te bouwen
