About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide 2nd line technical support for Informatica PIM Product 360
Investigate and resolve user-reported issues
Analyze application logs
Troubleshoot data inconsistencies
Support integration issues involving endpoints, queues, and imports/exports
Execute SQL queries for issue analysis
Perform database indexing and optimization using SQL Server / SSMS
Validate repository integrity

Refactor configurations for maintainability

Support controlled deployments across DEV, ACC, and PROD
Execute deployments under a governance model

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience supporting enterprise applications
Strong troubleshooting skills
Solid SQL knowledge (SQL Server / SSMS)
Basic Java understanding (reading logs, small adjustments)
Basic Python knowledge (script maintenance)
Understanding of deployment processes and DevOps
Structured, detail-oriented mindset
Strong affinity for data processes and system logic
Experience with Informatica Product 360 is nice to have
Experience in master data environments is nice to have
Experience with ERPs (SAP/D365) is nice to have
Familiarity with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions is nice to have
