About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the overall process vision and innovation
  • Help lead the product development process within Motion IT
  • Identify customer, stakeholder, and development team needs across cross-functional teams
  • Gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints
  • Manage development projects from start to finish
  • Manage complex products through the entire lifecycle, including enhancements through product End of Life (EOL)
  • Make key decisions for product/solution development lifecycle processes implemented throughout the organization
  • Contribute ideas to program risk management and drive mitigation and resolutions
  • Drive consistent and accurate cross-functional program metrics
  • Design program management practices and collaborate with and mentor product management colleagues
  • Contribute product management expertise internally and externally
  • Review and prioritize the backlog for sprint planning, including dependency coordination
  • Analyze impacts of proposed solutions across the business and develop use cases explaining business requirements to IT
  • Own, develop, and execute the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with business owners, product scrum teams, and stakeholders to establish timelines, workflows, and goals
  • Participate in design sessions to understand end-user and customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and eight (8) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination
  • 5+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM Functional experience (AR, AP, GL, Billing, ePro, Asset Management, Cash Management, or Project Costing)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and synthesize product use data and use that data to drive decisions
  • Solid understanding of the competition and business environment
  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
  • Ability to work in a team environment
