About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and support integration solutions for Workday
Manage all phases of the integration lifecycle
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio
Support existing integrations
Resolve complex integration issues requiring in-depth Workday expertise
Integrate Human Resources domains including Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting
Provide documentation and artifacts for each development lifecycle phase
Develop test cases and peer review other developers' code
Provide production support and respond to issues and incidents promptly
Ensure compliance with HRIS technical best practices, standards, and policies
Work closely with internal and external resources
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience with Workday HCM integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
2+ years of experience with Workday integration types including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
2+ years of experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields
2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
Good understanding of Workday security
Experience with document transformation, XSLT, XPATH etc.
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external resources
Must be able to stand and walk short distances between work sites
Must be able to work in a corporate office setting
