About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze key processes in payables and receivables
- Report on performance metrics and recommend process changes
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to supplier relationships from a Motion Treasury perspective
- Assist with reviews of new leases for proper accounting classification
- Support field needs relating to existing credit card and vending programs
- Monitor data integrity between multiple ERP platforms and PeopleSoft accounting software
- Manage cash
- Reconcile key activity
- Work with electronic payment and receipt programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Professional demeanor, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
