About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Analyse business processes and data, identifying improvement opportunities
Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners and technology teams
Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation
Manage requirements, dependencies and changes throughout delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience
Experience delivering business and/or IT change projects
Strong requirements analysis skills
Process mapping skills
Stakeholder management skills
Basic SQL skills and confidence working with data
C1+ English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence communicating with UK stakeholders, including senior colleagues
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Financial services or other regulated-industry experience (nice to have)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments (nice to have)
Experience with UAT, data analysis or technology-enabled change (nice to have)
Relevant BA or Agile certification (nice to have)
