About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage business and IT change projects end to end
- Run several projects in parallel and manage competing priorities
- Own project plans, scope, budget, risks, issues and dependencies
- Manage change control and maintain strong delivery governance
- Provide clear, concise project reporting to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with UK-based business and technology teams
- Identify delivery risks and issues early and drive them towards resolution
- Facilitate meetings, workshops and project governance as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of hands-on Project Management experience
- Recent experience delivering business and/or IT change projects
- Experience in a consultancy or delivery organisation is a plus
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk and issue management, dependencies, scope, budget and reporting
- C1+ English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence communicating directly with UK stakeholders, including senior colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
- Willingness to travel to the UK occasionally
- Financial services or other regulated-industry experience is nice to have
- Experience working within larger programmes with multiple workstreams is nice to have
- Scrum, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is nice to have
