About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and deliver functional and technical training on SoftExpert Suite according to the needs and objectives of each project.
Develop practical, instructional content based on needs identified in collaboration with clients.
Prepare training support materials, such as guides, presentations, videos, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
Provide guidance to clients to facilitate their understanding, adoption, and effective use of the solution.
Apply learning strategies to identify and overcome challenges in using the system.
Customize training content and approaches according to users’ profiles and each client’s level of maturity.
Analyze metrics related to solution usage and propose improvements to training strategies and materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience delivering user training services, implementing systems, or working with ERP solutions.
Strong communication and instructional skills, with the ability to convey technical knowledge clearly and practically.
Knowledge of business process management and modeling (BPM).
Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
Basic knowledge of web programming logic, including HTML and CSS.
Familiarity with system integration concepts and technologies, such as REST and SOAP APIs.
Advanced English and/or Spanish proficiency for work on projects with international clients (a plus).
Knowledge of SoftExpert Suite (SE Suite) or similar solutions (a plus).
Experience with consultative system implementation projects (a plus).
Knowledge of quality management processes and tools (a plus).
