About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and monitor low-complexity implementation projects
- Plan and control activities to meet client needs
- Formalize acceptance of deliverables and ensure project quality
- Prepare reports and participate in project status meetings
- Maintain contact with clients and suppliers to ensure activities progress as planned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in administrative or project-related roles
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong organizational and activity-tracking skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, MS Project, or Asana
- Preferred qualifications: experience in the technology or software industry; experience with implementation projects; experience with Agile methodologies; knowledge of other project management tools
