About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise management teams and business leaders on digitalization, AI, and new business opportunities
- Lead workshops and lectures that help organizations understand and use AI
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can create smarter processes or new ways of working
- Lead transformation projects from early ideas through implementation and results
- Identify new opportunities among existing and new customers
- Build trust and long-term advisory partnerships
- Help develop Softhouse’s strategic offering in digital transformation, AI, and strategic consulting
- Work with experienced developers, architects, and AI specialists who support technical implementation
- Work with companies and organizations in Norrbotten and Västerbotten
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in digitalization, business development, strategic consulting, or change management
- Good practical understanding of how AI transforms organizations and ability to help others move from curiosity to concrete use
- Ability to navigate discussions with decision-makers about business challenges and understand customer needs
- Experience leading projects or organizational changes from start to finish
- Ability to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Alignment with Softhouse values: team, simplicity, courage, and passion
- Regional network is a plus
