Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Previous experience in the betting, gambling, or online gaming industry is required
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in requirement prioritization, scope management, and evaluating solution feasibility
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly
  • Business Analyst certification or completed relevant courses
  • Interest or hands-on exposure to project management, ability to assist in planning, coordination, or delivery tracking
  • Experience with large-scale projects or frameworks such as SAFe, Scaled Scrum, or Lean
  • Familiarity with complex data systems or integration environments
  • Technical background or a degree in Computer Science is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
