About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage Foundry data pipelines, ontology components, and applications
- Design semantic and context layers using Palantir ontology Object, Link, and Action Types, Interfaces, and Property Sets
- Build LLM-powered workflows with AIP Logic, AIP Automate, and AIP Assist
- Take agentic AI use cases from prototype to production by building, testing, deploying, and monitoring them
- Serve as the team's Palantir lead while remaining hands-on
- Guide solution design, review code, coach engineers, and resolve technical blockers
- Own technical delivery and translate business requirements into implementation plans through production deployment
- Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and explain design decisions, trade-offs, dependencies, and delivery risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on Palantir Foundry and/or AIP experience on real client or production projects
- Experience developing agentic or GenAI applications strongly preferred
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems
- Solid data engineering background across structured and unstructured data
- Comfortable with fast delivery cycles and changing requirements
- Strong English and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work EST business hours
- Nice to have: Solutions deployed to production inside Palantir
- Nice to have: Ontology Linter, Data Lineage, CBAC, Foundry Marketplace
- Nice to have: Semantic layers, ontologies, or knowledge graphs
- Nice to have: Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks / Genie
- Nice to have: CI/CD with GitHub and DevOps / DevSecOps tooling
- Nice to have: Experience deploying models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM providers, including model selection and cost optimization
