About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently support the customization and implementation of new software products in the SAP environment for customers
- Analyze user requirements in finance and accounting
- Conduct workshops to teach users how to work with the software
- Work closely with developers on custom adaptations
- Develop an understanding of technical design and test new features from the customer’s perspective
- Design concepts for the further development of the software on SAP S/4HANA
- Take responsibility for 2nd-level support in the SAP FI area
- Provide subject-matter support during the pre-sales process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in finance or accounting in an SAP environment
- Initial experience with the SAP FI module
- Experience with SAP customization, for example as an SAP Key User in a business department or as an accountant
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present convincing arguments to customers
- Willingness to undertake occasional national and, if required, international travel
- Business-fluent German language skills
