About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own product features end to end, from customer problem definition through production delivery
Scope customer problems with Product and Customer Success Management
Design and build solutions across the stack
Ship features and stay close to them after release
Join customer calls, run user tests and read support context
Use customer input to determine product behavior and priorities
Work hands-on with AI technologies and the company’s LLM harness
Run evaluations and benchmark agent output against expert-curated baselines
Identify, measure and fix AI failure modes
Work in small teams of 2 to 3 engineers around a topic
Deploy continuously to production
Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude or Codex
Perform focused development, AI review, manual product testing and production verification
Own shipped changes in production and lead fixes when issues occur

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 6 years of full-stack experience shipping production software people actually use
Ability to become productive quickly with Kotlin/Spring Boot and Python on the backend
Ability to become productive quickly with TypeScript/React on the frontend
Experience shipping agentic systems; side projects count
Think in tools, context and evals, not just prompts
Fluent English
German is a plus
Ability to take a vague problem to a shipped feature: scope, decide, implement, test and iterate
High standards and ability to move fast without needing to be pushed
B2B SaaS or startup experience is a plus
PostgreSQL
AWS (Fargate, ECS) and Terraform
