About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead digitalization and implementation projects from A to Z across EAM, CAFM, REM, software implementations and transformations
Conduct requirements analyses, solution design, technical concept development and acceptance, while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and communication
Manage the entire solution lifecycle, from business requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, acceptance, documentation, rollout, hypercare, operations and 2nd-level support
Facilitate workshops and training sessions in German and, preferably, French
Provide technical implementation consulting, coordination and training for customers and their IT departments
Continuously optimize system usage, processes, architecture and workflows
Work remotely and on-site at customer locations across the DACH region
Collect and analyze source data from Excel, CSV, SQL and similar systems
Derive IT, system and interface requirements from business processes
Prepare and execute data migrations, including mapping to CareOffice and data quality checks
Create interface specifications for SAP, Abacus, ERP systems, REST APIs, CSV, SML and similar systems
Create test cases and resolve discrepancies and errors
Coordinate customer testing and approvals for production deployment
Create requirements, operations manuals, security concepts and user guidelines
Implement CareOffice and REST API interfaces
Develop workflows to automate processes
Analyze data and create and implement data migration concepts
Analyze incidents in incident and problem management and take responsibility for sustainable solutions
Work closely with the CTO, Head of Software Development, Product Owners, Project Managers, Consultants, Software Developers and Sales
Help shape the continued development of products, methods, processes and team capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, such as Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field
Several years of hands-on experience leading and delivering complex IT, digitalization or software implementation projects, ideally in a B2B environment
Demonstrated experience across the entire solution lifecycle
Strong practical experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
In-depth practical knowledge of data analysis and data migration
Experience working with heterogeneous source data from Excel-, CSV- and SQL-based systems
Several years of experience with system integrations and interfaces, particularly REST APIs
Ideally, experience integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Abacus, as well as file-based interfaces
Good understanding of databases and excellent SQL skills
Experience creating interface specifications, data mappings and test cases
Experience with integration, system and acceptance testing
Technical understanding of software installations, system configuration and application operations
Experience in incident and problem management
Experience producing technical documentation
Strong project management skills
Project management certification such as IPMA Level C, PMI/PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage
Confident presence when working with customers and their IT departments
Experience facilitating workshops, technical meetings and training sessions
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach
High degree of ownership and a hands-on mentality
Excellent written and spoken German (C2)
Business-fluent English
French language skills are a major advantage
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites within the DACH region, combined with remote work
