About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take on a central role in digital transformation projects throughout the entire solution lifecycle
Lead digital transformation and implementation projects from A to Z involving EAM, CAFM, REM, software implementations and transformations
Conduct requirements analysis, solution design and technical concept development
Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks and communication
Support business requirements, solution design, implementation, integration and system testing, acceptance, documentation, rollout, hyper care, operations and 2nd-level support
Facilitate workshops and training sessions in German and, ideally, French
Provide implementation consulting, coordination and training for customers’ IT departments
Continuously optimize system usage, processes, architecture and workflows
Combine remote work with on-site customer assignments throughout the DACH region
Gather and analyze source data, business processes, and IT, system and interface requirements
Prepare data migrations, including mapping to CareOffice, and verify data quality
Create interface specifications and test cases, and coordinate customer testing and production releases
Create requirements, operating manuals, security concepts and user guidelines
Implement CareOffice and REST API interfaces
Develop workflows to automate processes
Create and implement data migration concepts
Analyze and permanently resolve technical incidents through incident and problem management
Work closely with the CTO, Head of Software Development, Product Owners, Project Managers, Consultants, Software Developers and Sales
Help shape the ongoing development of products, methodologies, processes and team capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, such as software engineering, or a comparable technical field
Several years of hands-on experience leading and delivering complex IT, digital transformation or software implementation projects, ideally in a B2B environment
Demonstrable experience across the entire solution lifecycle
Strong practical experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
In-depth practical knowledge of data analysis and data migration
Experience preparing, cleansing, validating and mapping heterogeneous source data from Excel-, CSV- and SQL-based systems
Several years of experience with system integrations and interfaces, particularly REST APIs
Ideally, experience integrating SAP, Abacus, ERP systems and file-based interfaces
Strong understanding of databases and excellent SQL skills
Experience with technical interface specifications, data mappings and test cases
Experience with integration, system and user acceptance testing
Technical understanding of software installations, system configurations and application operations
Willingness to independently implement and configure CareOffice and its associated interfaces
Experience in incident and problem management
Experience producing professional technical documentation
Strong project management skills
Project management certification such as IPMA Level C, PMI/PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage
Confident and professional presence when working with customers and their IT departments
Experience facilitating workshops, technical meetings and training sessions
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of personal responsibility and a hands-on mentality
Excellent spoken and written German (C2)
Business-fluent English
French language skills are a strong advantage
Willingness to make regular customer visits within the DACH region, combined with remote work
Comfortable working with national and international teams
