Contractor – Sanctions Screening & List Management Analyst
SoHo Dragon. Proactively represent US Sanctions Compliance in initiatives to implement or upgrade sanctions screening software (Fircosoft Continuity) .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively represent US Sanctions Compliance in initiatives to implement or upgrade sanctions screening software (Fircosoft Continuity)
- Liaise with Group Compliance and Technology teams in Paris on sanctions screening issues, including list management, rules, tuning, optimizations, and good guys (exceptions)
- Provide oversight of Technology and Operations teams on sanctions screening and list management issues, including tuning, analytics, and data governance
- Execute enhancements to processes and procedures consistently and within targets and deadlines
- Identify potential screening gaps and develop implementation plans
- Develop and prepare key metrics for daily and monthly oversight and reporting to senior management
- Ensure SGUS screening aligns with OFAC, EU, and other applicable sanctions laws and regulations
- Recommend opportunities for tuning sanctions screening lists, rules, and good guys, and develop a structure for ongoing interdiction-list reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior Sanctions Compliance experience, including supporting Fircosoft screening application, List Management, and development of tuning/optimization rules
- Prior experience within Project Management and system development and implementation
- OFAC sanctions screening, list management and tuning technology project management
- Ability to work closely with technology teams, explaining regulatory needs to system developers and technicians
- Ability to work collaboratively within a complex organization, across multiple cultures, geographies, and disciplines
- Ability to balance multiple, changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-moving working environment
