About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure pipeline stability, performance, and reliability
  • Implement automated build, packaging, and deployment processes
  • Enforce version control practices including branching, tagging, and artifact management
  • Support releases through validation, smoke testing, and rollback strategies
  • Create and maintain version-controlled FreeMarker templates in Git repositories
  • Automate environment provisioning, configuration, upgrades, and decommissioning
  • Build reusable automation components and reduce manual operations through scripting
  • Deploy and manage MX environments across development, testing, and production
  • Standardize, reproduce, and ensure compliance of environments
  • Support multi-client and multi-environment SaaS or hybrid setups
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting
  • Ensure end-to-end platform and pipeline observability
  • Perform root cause analysis on incidents and improve reliability, SLAs, and operational KPIs
  • Manage data provisioning, masking, sampling, reduction, migration, sanitization, and reconciliation
  • Act as a technical escalation point for environment and platform incidents
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, pipeline, and environment issues
  • Coordinate with support and product teams and document resolutions
  • Collaborate with development, QA, product, and client teams to enable delivery
  • Promote automation-first DevOps, continuous integration and delivery, and shift-left testing
  • Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, standardization, knowledge sharing, and onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • 1–2 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD
  • Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines in complex environments
  • Advanced usage of Git
  • Proficiency in FreeMarker (FTL) template engines
  • Scripting experience with Shell, Python, and Groovy
  • Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Experience with AWS preferred
  • Azure/GCP knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
  • Exposure to SaaS/distributed architectures
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in production environments
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
  • Hands-on experience in production or client-facing environments preferred
