Key responsibilities & impact

Lead SCC’s transition to a new Banking partner across seven divisions
Manage deliverables, resources, and cross-division dependencies
Coordinate stakeholders including the Banking partner, SCC divisions, OCC, and ETS
Document requirements for each division
Facilitate process reengineering and modernization
Support adoption of new banking technology and streamlined workflows
Maintain stakeholder alignment and schedule commitments
Drive on-time delivery across the program

Requirements

What you’ll need

Local to Virginia candidates only
Prior State or Federal client experience
Active PMP certification required
8+ years of experience in program management, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery
Experience with process reengineering and mapping
Experience driving on-time delivery and managing dependencies
Experience leading multi-division modernization
Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills
Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with Jira/Planner
Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and PowerBI
Hands-on support through significant process changes
Confidentiality, initiative, and professionalism
CSM, SAFe, or additional Agile/Product certifications are highly desired
Banking platforms, Oracle, or similar ERP experience is highly desired
Revenue collection/cash-management experience is highly desired
Lean Six Sigma and ITIL Foundation certifications are highly desired
