About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create 5–10 short-form videos per week for Instagram and TikTok, plus Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
Build bouquets, dye flowers, match wedding colors, and answer customer questions on camera
Pitch original hooks and video formats
Identify and use relevant trends quickly
Write captions and select audio
Deliver videos ready for posting
Review video performance and explain results using views, watch time, saves, and shares
Attend approximately one weekly call with the marketing team
Complete a paid test by producing two Reels from a shipped kit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Part-time 1099 contract role
Approximately 20 hours per week
Must live in the United States
Must have a space at home to film and store supplies
Existing short-form video creation experience for personal or brand accounts, with work samples/links
Comfortable speaking on camera every week
Craft ability or hands-on experience with bouquets, wreaths, home decor, or similar crafts
Able to shoot and edit videos from start to finish independently
Must use a phone, good lighting, and an editing app or equivalent equipment
Must appear on camera; editing-only applicants are not eligible
Must create 5–10 short videos per week
Must provide weekly availability for one call with the marketing team
